Move To Improve.
Since 2016, I have played an active role in the Boston-area fitness community. This ranged from teaching women and men how to properly weight train and feel comfortable in the gym, to leading dozens of people in a sponsored workout class.
Currently, I exclusively teach cycling classes part-time. These cycling classes are effective 45 minute classes that combine road cycling training with upbeat, motivating music. I value safety first on a bike, and encourage participants to work hard and always strive to be better than they were before.
I do not accept any fitness or training clients, my practice is exclusively in performance nutrition.
