Hi! My name is Christina and I am a Registered Dietitian in Boston specializing in performance nutrition.

My Story:


I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where I first found my love for sports, specifically tennis. In 2014, I moved to the east coast to attend Boston University and pursue my love for nutrition (almost 6 years worth of training!). During this time, I taught tennis at BU, became a personal trainer working hands-on with dozens of clients, and am currently continuing my love for fitness as a cycling instructor.

It's funny, I originally had no intentions in working with athletes, despite my peers predicting that was the avenue I would take. However, after a special graduate sports nutrition practicum with BU Varsity Athletics, I fell in love nutrition in the sports world. Viewing food as fuel which provides a strong foundation for mental and physical performance resonated with me. I became so obsessed with it, I was reading journals for fun, having coffee & conversations with local strength coaches, and even flew to the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas in the middle of my dietetic internship to learn everything under their roof.

My Credentials:

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), licensed for practice in Massachusetts.

  • 29-week dietetic internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Needham, Massachusetts.

  • Graduated at Boston University with a Master's of Science in Clinical Nutrition and  Bachelor's of Science in Nutritional Sciences, Minor in Communication.

  • Certified Spinning Instructor.
